How to Play and Video Sourfce

A matching game that I saw on Smosh. The goal of the game is to match the color of the drink that is hidden from you. You are given a set of drinks and identical drinks are arragned in a line. You simply place the drink in a location to see if that is in fact the location of the drink. If you are right, then you get a point, if not it goes the next person. All other players don’t see where you placed the drink. This video explains the game in more detail.

What it does

This app is just simply a way to simulate the game online. It is not a multiplayer game. It is just a way to test out strategies for the game and see if in fact in multiple simulations and configurations if it would truly work.

Why did I make this?

I made this app because as I watched the video, I thought, why wouldn’t you just pick a color and work through all the slots? It seems like it would be a much better strategy than what they were doing. I mentioned this to a friend and thought, you know what, I’ll just test it. So, this is the result of the silly thought experiment. There are other like this I plan to share soon.
